• Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED); twelve to twenty-four monthsrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
• Abilityto read and interpret documents such as job orders including drawings andspecifications, safety rules and procedure manuals.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Needs to have the ability to effectivelypresent information in a one‑on‑one and small group situations to otheremployees of the organization.
