Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Member Services Department sub groups (Debit Card, Escheatment, Certificate-IRA).

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum four years retail or credit banking experience required

• Minimum two years member services experience required

• Microsoft Word and Excel skills required

• Experience with Fiserv DNA, Ascensus, Salesforce, Sovos preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitors and evaluates interactions, workflow, and metrics to meet performance standards

• Ensures that routine service requests are processed or redirected correctly

• Responds to and resolves member and operational issues

• Prepares/supervises the preparation of required IRS, State and Departmental statistical reports and forms

• Performs and oversees staff to conduct quality checks of IRS and other State forms and documents

• Ensures compliance with multi state abandoned property reporting requirements and associated 

• Accesses financial and production reports to assess departmental performance and make business recommendations to promote productivity as well as the achievement of goals

•  Evaluates workflows and processes and recommends new processes, procedures or revisions

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support a variety of daily functions as needed

• *Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00 an hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
