DEFINITION:
The facility transportation driver position is responsible for providing transportation of residents / patients to and from physician visits, picking up new admissions from the hospital, and helping with transport for field trips.
EDUCATION:
High School Level
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License. Will require employee to orientate in the facility to include the use of the lift and how to secure wheelchairs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CNA Certified
