Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing registration and admission services for all area registration. Oversees departmental operations with accountability for leadership, staffing, planning, organizing, controlling and fiscal management. Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops programs, policies, procedures and standards of care to ensure achieving superior performance in Customer Service and Satisfaction, staff development, cost management, appropriate reimbursement and quality assurance. This position is based on-site at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and will also include oversight of, and travel to, Healdsburg Hospital and Petaluma Valley Hospital.

Required qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in hospital admitting and registration including verification, registration, managed care agreements and pre-certification requirements.
- 2 years of Supervisor experience.
- Computer experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree
