Job Summary
The Senior Strategy Associate plays a critical role in shaping the company’s most key initiatives, firm-wide and Board communications, and executive-level planning. This highly visible role offers direct exposure to senior leaders and the Board, creating the opportunity for future growth and leadership within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications Leadership
Co-own the creation and quality of Board materials, partnering closely with the Leadership Team.
Lead the planning, materials, and delivery of quarterly All-Company Town Halls.
Support the topics covered in all company communications in close partnership with HR.
Own the preparation, agenda-setting, and goal alignment for quarterly Leadership Team offsites.
Drive weekly Leadership Team meetings: develop the agenda and ensure productive, focused discussions.
Strategic & Planning Initiatives
Partner with the Leadership Team on long-term growth planning and special strategic projects.
Co-lead the annual strategic planning process in close collaboration with Finance and department leads.
This is a highly visible role that is uniquely positioned to move into a role as a leader.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, or investing role
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, incomplete information into clear, compelling narratives
Self-starter with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level content
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Extremely comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred:
Experience supporting executive leadership in a high-growth company
Exposure to investor relations or board communications
