🔍 What You'll Do:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities within your assigned market
• Leverage your existing client relationships and book of business to drive revenue
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer partnerships
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent CTS with integrity and professionalism in the field and online

Requirements

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in business development or sales—preferably in the staffing, skilled trades, or industrial sector
• Established book of business or following in your market
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and client service orientation
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely with support from HQ in Alabama
