CTG is seeking to fill a Relocation Support Technician opening for our client in Anchorage, AK.
Location: Anchorage, AK
Duration: 2 months
Duties:
Assist with hardware relocation, including disconnecting/reconnecting devices and routing cables
Support asset labeling and minor data entry for tracking equipment
Follow established packing and labeling plans during the move
Participate in physical relocation efforts, including lifting, carrying, and organizing equipment
Help with post-move efforts, including palletizing surplus gear for decommission
Work as part of a coordinated team under a designated lead
Skills:
Basic computer literacy for data entry and asset tracking
Hands-on ability to manage hardware handling and light technical tasks
Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Merchandising or inventory experience is a plus
Experience:
Prior experience with physical moves, hardware handling, or light technical work preferred
Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting computer hardware and equipment
Experience in inventory, asset management, or related work is helpful
Education:
High School Diploma required
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
