Hybrid Pega CDH Tester presso TestYantra Software Solutions

The Pega CDH Tester will be a key member of the quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, real-time decisioning, and adaptive analytics models to deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Test Planning & Strategy:
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega CDH applications.
* Collaborate with business analysts, decision architects, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
* Ensure that testing activities align with the overall project plan and business objectives.

* Test Execution & Validation:
* Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on Pega CDH components.
* Validate Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, decision flows, and engagement policies to ensure they are working as designed.
* Verify the accuracy and effectiveness of adaptive models and predictive analytics.
* Utilize and validate data flows, interaction history, and Decision Data Store (DDS) to ensure data integrity and correct decision outcomes.

* Defect Management & Reporting:
* Identify, document, track, and manage software defects and quality issues using a defect tracking system (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
* Communicate test progress, results, and issues to the project team and stakeholders.

* Collaboration & Process Improvement:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor and close defects.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and best practices within the Pega CDH environment.
* Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

* Automation (Desirable):
* Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Pega's own test automation features) to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture and its core components (e.g., Next-Best-Action Designer, decision strategies, adaptive models, data flows, interaction history).
* Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
* Knowledge of testing methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail).

Nice-to-Have Skills
* Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or other relevant Pega certifications.
* Experience with API testing (e.g., using Postman).
* Experience in the financial services vertical
* Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools.
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
