Hybrid Teacher - Parenting Teen Program presso Alameda County Office Of Education

The Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) leads with a student-centered vision, innovating in the classroom and building safe and supportive community schools. ACOE’s Parenting Teen Program provides academic instruction, support services, and child care for parenting students. Teachers and staff provide a nurturing learning environment for young parents, as they complete their high school diploma. In addition to academics, students also have access to curriculum and support services to develop the skills needed to provide a safe and caring environment for themselves and their children. Assignment location will vary based on programmatic needs. This position reports to the following locations: Hobbs Academy 8425 MacArthur Blvd. Oakland, CA 94605 Burke Academy 612 West A Street Hayward, CA 94541 First screening: September 2, 2025

• Valid clear California Teaching Credential (required) • CTE credential required or willing to obtain CTE • Will teach ELA/SS/Math/Science/CTE • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) • CPR and First Aid certificate required • Reliable transportation (required)

25-26 School Year $79,817.75 - $152,022.50 Placement on the Teacher's Salary Schedule per Credential Teaching Experience. Credit for a maximum of 12 years teaching experience accepted. Benefits for medical if selected $600.00 per month.
