The Job:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Great Technology Partners, vendors and guests upon arrival in our Houston Location
  • Monitor and maintain a shared inbox, ensure timely review and response to emails and general inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and trainings
  • Arrange catering or lunches for on-site trainings and meetings
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, breakroom and coffee bar
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Provide support to internal teams and external partners
  • Address inquiries with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance with order/ship issues and resolve product-related issues
  • Provide backup support to internal teams or accounts as needed
  • Review and follow up on proactive reporting tools to help identify and resolve issues efficiently

Such as helping a major aerospace client get to mars, recommending solutions to a world-famous car manufacturer that will transform metal into fully functional vehicles, assisting industry-leading battery manufacturers in optimizing manufacturing processes, and endless new opportunities to learn and assist industry-leading companies.

You will bring with you:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
  • Outstanding customer relations and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Capable to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
