We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented Inventory & Reception Clerk to join our team. This unique role combines customer-facing receptionist duties with behind-the-scenes inventory management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
What You’ll Do
Greet showroom customers with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate department.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
Collect and enter customer information into dealership systems.
Support sales and service teams during busy periods.
Maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle inventory in dealership systems.
Conduct physical counts, audits, and inspections of vehicles.
Track vehicle deliveries, sales, and lot movement.
Ensure vehicles are properly documented, displayed, and ready for customers.
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Comfort working both in an office/showroom and outdoors on the vehicle lot.
Previous dealership or clerical experience preferred, but not required.
