Position Overview
As a Project Quality Assurance Manager, you are a critical safeguard for the accuracy, functionality and integrity of digital programs leaving the agency. You will oversee the QA process for complex digital projects like sweepstakes, social media activations, Promotion Center builds and Shop.Snap.Earn. programs. You’ll also contribute to audits and work closely with the Enterprise Optimization team to drive smarter workflows and elevate the quality of delivery across project teams.
Duties and Responsibilities*
Client Delivery
- Oversee and manage the QA process for digital project assets, including sweepstakes, Promotion Center builds, Shop.Snap.Earn. offers, social media activations and complex Tier 3 programs.
- Develop detailed project specific test scripts that align with user flows and program logic. These scripts serve as the foundation for comprehensive testing.
- Conduct thorough end to end testing of websites and digital experiences, ensuring all functionality aligns with project specifications and client expectations.
- Manage and track website edits, bug resolutions and functionality updates in close collaboration with the DIT team. Ensure edit and update trail are captured properly in Workfront and on test scripts.
- Own the testing timeline, ensuring QA / BAT and DIT revisions stay on track and are executed within the project’s workflow.
- Support quality audits across projects and client portfolios, partnering with Project Managers, Track Leads and the Enterprise Optimization team to identify patterns and elevate QA standards.
Execution and Partnership:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to communicate QA findings, required edits and progress updates, ensuring transparency throughout the testing process.
- Support research assignments and special agency projects as needed.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to refine internal QA / BAT processes and improve the overall process flow, partnering with the Enterprise Optimization team to implement enhancements.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of agency, or QA experience in a digital environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about user experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration across project and DIT teams.
- Comfortable working cross functionally and supporting multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
