We are looking for:
Client Service Representative - Scheduling Coordinator
Initial pay starts between$17.50 and $23.50 per hour based on experience
Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure. You can also expect to schedule and coordinate all appointments, answer incoming calls and liaison between MedVet departments.
What you’ll do:
• Answer and respond to all phone calls from clients, Referral Partners and Pharmacies, log all conversations, transfer calls, as well as check and log voicemails
• Call for referral information on new/recheck patient appointments
• Coordinate with clinical team and update departmental schedule calendar
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations
• Email any electronic records/x-rays to perspective department and all x-rays to radiology
• Discuss payment options and process payments
• Call clients to remind of appointments & drop-offs for the next day
• Monitor supplies needed for the department, as well as clean and stock areas as needed
