At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Workflow Coordinator to be the mastermind behind our warehouse operations. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track—analyzing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and making sure every shipment flows smoothly. - Pay Range: $22.75/hour w/$0.50 Shift Differential
- Schedule: 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 4:30 pm - 1:00 am)
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize Workflow – Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency, allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability, and tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head-on.
- Keep the Dock Moving – Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate & Collaborate – Be the bridge between teams! Keep leadership in the loop and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything stays on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning.
- Tech-savvy – Experience with WMS (JDA, SAP, Oracle) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite).
- Detail-oriented & analytical – Strong problem-solving skills.
- Great communicator – Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively.
- Adaptable & organized – Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- An associate’s degree or college coursework.
- Experience with JDA WMS.
- A solid understanding of warehouse operations.
