Hybrid Production Schedule Personnel and Quality Associate presso None

The Production Schedule Personnel and Quality Associate is responsible for coordinating the production schedule, planning work orders, and inventory control. This position reports to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and schedule work orders to ensure orders are shipped on time
• Track inventory levels
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Determine raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Complete all transactions/documentation required for production promptly to ensure no delays.
• Proactively communicate any rushes to key personnel in advance for quick execution.
• Provide support and backup of other planning functions as needed
• Communicate anticipated shortages to aim for minimum disruption.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, customer service, and other departments.
• Perform quality inspections and measurement tests to meet customer specifications. Visual and documented inspections are required.
• Shipment inspections, detail with focus on packaging and labeling.

Minimum Qualifications

• Three years of production planning experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills required for success with minimal supervision
