Job Title: Marketing Coordinator I
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – Mon & Fri remote; Tues, Wed, Thurs in office)
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
Description:
The Global Marketing Customer Education & Programs Team is responsible for delivering best-in-class, industry-leading Marketing Programs and Customer Education. These programs and trainings build product awareness, solutions, and services through both hands-on and virtual educational offerings—driving product preference and brand loyalty among customers and program members.
The Marketing Coordinator, Programs will support Marketing Program initiatives such as Corning’s Network of Preferred Installers (NPI) Program and others as identified. This individual will take direction from the Senior Manager, Marketing Programs and Customer Education and the Program Manager, Network of Preferred Installers Program to support day-to-day activities.
This role requires a cross-regional mindset to ensure consistent support of processes, activities, and content across global markets. Team collaboration, cross-training, and joint execution of program activities are integral to success.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing Programs and Customer Education
Responsibilities:
Provide daily customer service support to sales teams and program members
Support annual program marketing plans and their execution, under management guidance
Promote training opportunities and manage training records in Salesforce for visibility and tracking
Build strong relationships with key program members to stay aligned with opportunities and market trends
Partner with internal stakeholders to advance strategies for the NPI Program
Support daily NPI Program operations, including training records, point of sale, warranty, and Design/Win processing
Develop processes to efficiently manage program requests
Assist with membership requests through the NPI inbox alongside the Program Manager
Support channel program and event initiatives as assigned
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, solutions, applications, and value
Requirements:
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
2+ years of customer service, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to work with and learn software and cloud applications
Required Skills:
