The Onboarding Business Analyst is a primary interface between KPN onboarding and transition project requests and customers. The Analyst works with project onboarding and transition project requestors and/or sponsors, during the project request phase, to define high level requirements, measurable objectives and costs and benefits of a proposed project. Assists stakeholders and provides overall direction around their request needs. Provides reports and assists with budget related and pre-project planning discussions. Tracks overall status of project requests, and provides weekly updates to leadership. Assists stakeholders and provides overall direction around their request needs.
Education and Qualification Requirements
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Healthcare industry. Experience working in a Project Management Office or as a member of a project management team preferred
- Strong track record in project management, business analysis, and/or business processes
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Professional certification in project or business analysis (e.g. IIBA, CBAP, PBA, etc.) required or obtained within one year of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, and have strong customer service orientation
- Strong ability to analyze data and business processes
- Ability to organize and prioritize business processes needs as they relate to overall onboarding/transition strategy
- Ability to analyze and understand new issues as they arise or escalate to manager if necessary
