Provide sound, timely legal advice, and representation.
Responsibilities
- Provides legal advice to the organization, prepares resolutions, and forms, and participates in major legal actions.
- Foresees and protects company against legal risks.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Interacts directly with clients.
- Manage multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Lead and/or guide the work of other employees.
- Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree and four (4) years of experience as a practicing attorney, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop relationships with clients and personnel at all levels.
- Ability to maintain a positive professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
- Ability to maintain a professional status through interfacing with guests, vendors, and sales representatives.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
