WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Work closely with sales, design and project managers to gather necessary information and insights for proposal generation.
- Review and refine proposals to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Manage proposal timelines effectively, coordinating efforts to meet submission deadlines.
- Facilitate the end-to-end process of order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of vendor acknowledgements.
- Communicate proactively with project managers regarding order status, changes, and requirements.
- Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, sign offs, and related documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 2 years of proven work experience in data entry or purchase order processing.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, communication, or related field.
- Knowledge of commercial furniture solutions would be an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and an enthusiasm for learning new software programs.
- Ability to execute on tasks efficiently and calmly when multitasking and quick thinking are required.
- Analytical with a high level of attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills: Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informatively.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $47,000-$62,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
