Shift Availability for Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Full-Time Nights 9:45pm-6:15am
• Part-time: Days 5:45am-2:15pm , Evenings 1:45pm-10:15pm, and Nights 9:45pm-6:15am
• Sign-on BONUS: $4000 for Full-Time and $2,000 Part-time positions
• Shift differential -- extra $3/hour for 2nd shift and $2/hour for 3rd shift
• PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities of a LPN:

• Supervise staff
• Coordinate care delivery and provide care
• Administer medications
• Observe residents, charting and reporting changes in condition

Requirements

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Current LPN license in good standing; required
• New Grads welcome for Full-time and Part-time roles
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
• A desire to work with the senior population
