Job Description Summary



The Marketing Coordinator is designed to provide essential support to Aspen Healthcare’s marketing team, with a focus on the Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care divisions. This role serves as an assistant to the Director of Marketing, assisting in day-to-day marketing activities, community outreach, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for obtaining and processing physician orders for Home Health patients, ensuring timely and accurate communication with referral sources and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support & Coordination

Assist the Director of Marketing with the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.



Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional items for events and outreach activities.



Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral in alignment with Aspen Healthcare’s brand guidelines.



Referral Source Support

Communicate with physician offices, hospitals, and healthcare providers to obtain physician orders for Home Health patients.



Maintain accurate records of physician orders and ensure timely delivery to the clinical team.



Support relationship management efforts with referral sources by providing follow-up information and resources.



Community Outreach

Assist in planning and attending community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities representing Aspen Healthcare.



Coordinate logistics for educational sessions or workshops for healthcare professionals and the public.





Administrative & Reporting

Track marketing activities, referrals, and outcomes to assist in performance reporting.



Maintain contact lists, marketing databases, and outreach schedules.



Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on assigned tasks and project progress.



Compliance & Regulations

Ensure all communication and marketing activities comply with HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.



Maintain confidentiality of patient and referral information at all times.



Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or healthcare administration preferred.



1–2 years of experience in marketing, healthcare office coordination, or related field preferred.



Strong communication and organizational skills.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (Canva, Publisher, or similar) a plus.



Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Familiarity with hospice, home health, or palliative care services is a plus.



Work Environment

This position will involve both in-office work and travel to community events.



May require occasional evening or weekend hours for special events.




Qualifications:

 

Minimum of [2] years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare

Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and referral processes.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
