Where You’ll Work

You will work at The Textile Apartments, a modern, recently renovated 282-unit Class A community located in historic downtown Cincinnati, minutes from Paycor Stadium. You’ll also play a key role in the lease-up of our sister property, The Hooper, a 102-unit Class A redevelopment opening in 2026.


What We Offer

  • Hourly pay: $24.00 – $25.00
  • Leasing Bonus Program with enhanced bonuses for lease-up

Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and engage prospective residents with informative, enthusiastic community tours.
  • Respond promptly and professionally  to inquiries, ensuring prospects and residents feel valued and heard.
  • Seamlessly guide applicants through the full leasing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Consistently convert tours into signed leases by tailoring solutions to prospect needs.
  • Support and execute innovative marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and social media.
  • Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability to maximize leasing success.
  • Foster community through resident events and retention programs.
  • Maintain a spotless, welcoming leasing office and model units that reflect community pride.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service (property management a plus)
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed leasing goals
  • Strong marketing background, including digital/social media
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Professional appearance and adherence to TBC’s dress code

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations
  • Bilingual skills a plus
