Summary

The Senior Identity Administrator will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity lifecycle processes across hybrid environments, with a focus on SailPoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID. This role is critical to ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity provisioning and deprovisioning across Integrity’s enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Access Security

  • Contribute to the definition of privileged access groups and delegated admin structures within the environment.
  • Manage privileged access across various platforms across the environment.
  • Define and enforce segregation of duties policies to prevent conflicts between operational and administrative roles.
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews and coordinate with managers and application owners for certification.

Identity Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee user provisioning and termination processes, ensuring timely and documented access changes.
  • Standardize access request, change, and removal workflows to improve traceability and reduce risk.
  • Manage organizational structures and naming conventions for employees, contractors, and agents, including dynamic group membership based on extension attributes.
  • Oversee manual cleanup and purging of disabled accounts, including mailbox retention and legal hold scenarios.
  • Supported provisioning of cloud and SSO applications via cloud-only groups, integrating with SailPoint for access governance.

SailPoint Onboarding & Integration

  • Lead SailPoint onboarding efforts for, including sandbox environment setup, attribute mapping, and identity profile configuration.
  • Define and implement custom attribute mappings and identity profiles for business units, departments, and titles using Workday and Active Directory correlation.
  • Participate in configuration hub migration planning to promote sandbox configurations to production.
  • Collaborate with SailPoint engineering to implement best practices and validate identity aggregation.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture and IT teams to align SailPoint provisioning with organizational roles and policies.
  • Coordinate sandbox and production deployments, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
  • Implement automated approval routing to streamline change processes.
  • Ongoing expansion and support of Sailpoint post implementation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and Active Directory
  • Experience with Workday integration and attribute mapping
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, provisioning, and deprovisioning
  • Familiarity with cloud identity platforms (Entra ID, Azure AD)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and legal hold requirements
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
