Your Role
As a Business Intelligence Support Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure transparency in BSP performance by designing and delivering user-friendly dashboards, while serving as the primary liaison between BSP stakeholders and the DIDEX BI Team.
Key activities & responsibilities
Go-to person for all relevant BI reporting topics of international BSP Controlling organization
Design and build dashboards in different available tools (mainly PowerBI) to improve transparency on BSP level and facilitate decision making process of leadership team
Act as Central BSP contact point for DIDEX BI team
Collect business needs from Global BUs and leadership team and support them in providing the required transparency.
Close alignment with Global BSP Controlling to harmonize data and improve analytical capabilities
Support measurement, implementation and visualization of new KPIs
Your Profile
Skills
Excellent analytical as well as verbal and written communication skills for translating technical insights into business terms
Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, and row-level security implementation.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformations, data querying and data validation.
Familiarity with common data modeling techniques
Proficient in version-controlled development of SQL or other code, with a strong understanding of development workflows using Git/GitLab
Fluent proficiency in English and German
Experience
At least 4 years of experience in a professional setting
Proven ability to manage international stakeholders and build strong, collaborative relationships across multiple teams
Experience managing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure to help scale reporting needs while maintaining high-performance environment for reporting
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Databricks for scalable data processing and analysis
Experience with or exposure to advanced analytics with Python/R
prior DBT experience for data transformation workflows is a plus but not required
