We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Test and Repair Team, where your contribution will help keep operations running smoothly.Main Duties:Assist with product flow by supporting the production activities within the Test and Repair department.Create clear and accurate job instructions for assembly and test operators using customer documentation.Pick and prepare components from stores required for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly).Book products in and out of the department, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.Use Excel log sheets to record incoming and outgoing work within the cell.Being adaptable and flexible through learning roles in the Test and Repair cell and supporting priorities.Person Specification:Basic understanding of electronics (preferred but not essential)Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and handling documentationDemonstrates excellent attention to detailStrong organisational and communication skillsFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic, keen to learn new skills, and wants to grow with the businessBrings a friendly approach and a positive attitude to workAt Axis we expect every employee to commit to our Teamship Rules:Caring: for each other, our customers, our suppliers and all other stakeholdersHardworking: with diligence, creativity, and by going the extra mileIntegrity: through honesty with oneself and with othersPositivity: a can-do attitudeSynergy: a united front as team Axis Candidarsi ora
