ADR Team Lead Position


Description

Manage a team of Account Development Representatives to ensure that department and company objectives are being achieved. This position will require a high-level of interpersonal and organization skill. As well as being adaptable to initiative changes, prioritizing lead opportunities effectively and working cohesively with the other leaders in the SMB Partnered Department. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Agent sales development
  • 1-on-1’s 
  • Live listening, call-reviews
  • Assistance with New Hire Training
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Assisting with Department Trainings

 

Compensation

  • Salary (Depending on experience)
