Hybrid Executive Assistant to Chair - Pediatrics presso UCLA Health

All Required:Strong experience in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills such that the candidate can work effectively with staff, faculty, students and/or administration and communicate to all stakeholders in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in all written communications. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks and addressing issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and professional documentation. Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Maintain compliance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), and other guidelines and recommendations from AAMC, LCME, AACRAO and other regulatory bodies Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and handle issues discreetly and with appropriate sensitivity. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently while anticipating the needs of the executive leader. Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Must have experience collecting and analyzing data, writing and preparing reports, handouts, flyers and related resources. Must be able to work comfortably with a diverse student population, with the ability to problem solve and identify appropriate resources and referrals for students when needed.
