You are:
The SOA Architect, you will demonstrate proficiency in the mechanics of SOA through the physical design of service-oriented technology architectures, service-oriented solutions, and related infrastructure. Must possess the ability to understand the entire business strategies and be able to dive deeply into technology issues to define comprehensive solutions to suit the client’s business needs. Candidate must possess experience in the different forms of service-oriented technologies including the dependencies that exist between the different architectural levels, as well as maximizing the middleware tier.
Here’s what you need:
- 5+ years of experience in a SOA architect role
- Thorough understanding of the service-orientation design paradigm
- Proficiency in the design of service-oriented architectures and related infrastructure
- Hands on experience developing secure, scalable, operable solutions using the Oracle middleware suite including SOA suite, OSB, BAM, WebLogic application server etc.
- Proficient in defining and development of the interfaces/services following the open-source standards of SOAP, REST, XML, HTTP WSDL etc.
- Experience setting architecture direction for application development teams
- Certification in the Oracle middleware suite
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud deployments of service-oriented solution Or Oracle integration cloud
- Knowledge of JAVA/J2EE
- Experience with Agile and Scrum

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
