The Production Supervisor will supervise production activities to meet customer orders, assuring quality products. The Production Supervisor will provide supervision to the Production Workers to ensure that all are efficient, safe and produce quality products.

REPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in prioritizing jobs on the production floor.
- Work cooperatively with the Warehouse Manager to address supply issues and/or place orders for supplies as needed.
- Communicate any concerns regarding the functioning and operation of equipment.
- Utilize 3PL software system for receiving, orders, and building assemblies as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of raw materials and completed products.
- Assist in the coordination and movement of supplies and materials to workshop floor.
- Provide supervision to all Production Workers to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Provide new hire orientation and ongoing training to Production Workers as needed.
- Assist and supervise in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Attend departmental and other meetings as required.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in the operations of machinery as needed.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for the health and safety of individuals served.

- Expected to participate in training as required by your supervisor or for all LOGAN staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Two or more years in material handling and/or shipping and receiving and forklift truck experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Must have two or more years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude to support individuals with disabilities.
- Must be willing to learn and implement positive approaches to instruction and behavioral supports.
- Must have basic computer skills and ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Must be able to sit, kneel, bend, reach, lift, stand and walk or perform combinations of these on a regular and constant basis.
