POSITION SUMMARY
⦁ This position supports the hospital supply chain process by completing assigned function accurately and in a timely fashion.
POSITION SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
⦁ Minimum Education
⦁ Experience and skills equal to acquiring a high school diploma required.
⦁ Minimum Work Experience
⦁ None
⦁ Required Licenses/Certifications
⦁ None
⦁ Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
⦁ None
⦁ Preferred Qualification
⦁ Professional certification. Associates Degree plus two years purchasing experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
⦁ Static postures such as sitting or standing and prolonged computer use can cause musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), especially if the work is conducted in an awkward position, requires excessive force or includes repetitive motion.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
1. Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the HMHD Compliance Plan.
2. Conduct reflects HMHD's values and a commitment to HMHD's Code of Conduct.
3. Attends the required corporate integrity and compliance training and education programs.
4. Demonstrates proficiency in understanding the materials presented during the corporate integrity and compliance training and education program.
5. Complies with all HIPAA standards.
6. Receives all products that are delivered to Hunt Regional Healthcare.
7. Ensure proper documentation of receipt in Meditech.
8. Ensure proper documentation for all non purchase order deliveries.
9. Make deliveries as necessary.
10. Stage deliveries in proper locations for delivery.
11. Put stock away in the storeroom in the proper location.
12. Obtain proper signatures for internal deliveries so as to have proper documentation of delivery made.
13. Scan all documents and electronically file.
14. Performs cycle counts in stock locations as required.
15. Performs all duties assigned by the Director of Materials Management
