We’re seeking a Supervisor/Keyholder to oversee our cashwrap and support our stylists + sales team in delivering an extraordinary client experience.
The Supervisor/Keyholder will create the foundation for everything around the selling process to run flawlessly. From keeping the cashwrap polished and organized, to handling client transactions, to working with our stylists to prepare products for installs and online orders, you’ll be the person who ensures no detail is overlooked.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cashwrap Excellence: Take ownership of the cashwrap, maintaining a tidy, organized, and elevated presentation at all times
- Transaction Support: Assist stylists/sales team in ringing purchases, ensuring accuracy and a seamless checkout experience
- Client Greeting: Welcome and engage clients with warmth, ensuring their first impression reflects the Bungalow experience
- Stylist + Sales Support: Provide vital support to stylists and sales associates during client appointments and large-scale product pulls
- Sales Floor Standards: Help maintain floor presentation and organization, keeping our space inspiring and client-ready
- Operations Support: Partner with the warehouse and operations team, as needed, to prep + move product with care
- eCommerce Fulfillment: Support with online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping
- All-Hands Flexibility: Step in wherever needed, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and larger projects alike

- Weekend availability is required
Qualifications:
- Prior retail, cashier, or client-facing support experience preferred
- Comfortable with POS systems and transaction accuracy
- Ability to lift/move product and be active on the floor throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent required
