This is how you will grow:
The Process Modelling Coordinator will be serving as the critical link between our client’s internal teams and manufacturing partners. In this role, you’ll drive the execution of truck builds from early prototypes through production ramp-up, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for vehicle builds at the manufacturing site, from prototype through production launch.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure schedules, resources, and parts align with program goals.
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep programs on track.
- Serve as the on-site liaison between the client’s off-site teams and manufacturing personnel to quickly resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive accountability through daily standups, weekly syncs, and cross-functional reporting.
- Track and report on key KPIs, including production readiness, component availability, and quality checkpoints.
- Prepare and deliver program updates for leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Support build events, validation activities, and logistics planning related to production readiness.
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related technical field (PMP certification a plus).
- 10+ years of program management experience in automotive, manufacturing, or hardware-focused industries.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and product life cycles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in the face of shifting priorities.
- Hands-on experience working at manufacturing sites, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
