JOB SUMMARY 

Our company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Installation Assistant for granite and quartz countertops. This role will support our Installation Technicians on-site with tasks such as preparing materials, moving and staging countertops, and assisting with the setup and completion of installations. Candidates must be hard working, professional, and able to follow specific instructions in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reliably utilize a tape measure with precision and accuracy.
• Capable to work as a team and willing to learn all areas of the industry.
• Show up to work every day on time.
• Good capacity to follow instructions and attention to details.
• Able to use electric and pneumatic tools such as grainers, stone polishers and saws. 
• WSDS and good driving record depending on position applying for.
   

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience templating natural stone and Quartz
• Bilingual 
• Self-Sufficient
• Basic math skills
• Basic analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Able to work standing and lift 50 Lb.
• Able to drive long distances if needed.
