Hybrid Project Manager presso ITnova

ITnova is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

Duties:

• Responsible for the overall project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage resources, assign tasks, and oversee project team performance.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and methodologies.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master.

General Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive experience in IT project management.

Specialized Experience:

• At least seven (7) years managing large-scale IT projects.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
