Hybrid Aquatics Supervisor presso Interlachen Country Club Inc

Description

Duties:

· Maintain Cleanliness of the Pool Through Brushing and Vacuuming Daily

· Ensure Pool Chemicals are Balanced and In-Line with National and State Standards

· Schedule, Train, & Supervise Lifeguard Team, approx. 10-14 Team Members

· Maintain Cleanliness in and around the Office, Pool Deck, Pump Rooms, and Pool Locker Rooms

· Assist with Lifeguarding, when needed

· Safely Fix Simple Maintenance Issues Around the Pool, if needed while cleaning pool

· Push, Pull and Lift Up to 100 Pounds

· Work Some Odd Hours Based on Events and Summer Holidays

· Report All Maintenance Issues to Director of Fitness and Aquatics

· And Other Assigned Task by the Director of Fitness & Aquatics

Requirements

Qualifications:

· ARC Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED Certified, Required

· ARC Lifeguard Instructor Certified, Required

· Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facility Operator, Preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree In Related Field, Preferred

· Must Be Punctual and Responsible

· Candidates Must Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills and Be Able To Perform Under Pressure

· Must Be Available to Work Early Mornings, Late Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays
