Acts as a Front office liaison between the site users and the Billing department; troubleshoot, gathering information, developing the system to user needs, and working towards the goal of
implementing and running successful system applications. Provides assistance in system upgrades and implementation. Support and troubleshoot systems related to the eCW front office applications themselves. Provides front office training for end users.

The MANA Administrative team provides support services for 22 physician-owned medical practices in Northwest Arkansas. We are an independent, physician owned group established in 1999 to responsibly manage the costs associated with health care, improve our practice efficiencies, and enhance overall care for our patients. How to Apply
To apply for a position at any MANA Clinic, you must complete a MANA employment application. Applicants may list the position(s) they are interested in applying on the application and only need to complete one application.
Applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department at the MANA Administrative Office and are shared with the clinic managers. Applications are kept in our database for managers to review for six (6) months. MANA is an equal opportunity employer.
- Provides eCW and Collectly front office training and related systems including the design, development, delivery, evaluation, continuous improvement, optimization training and/or other performance improvement and staff development with direction and supervision from the training leadership team.
- Acts as application support for the front office staff and end users.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users of office workflow & related software and communicate to user.
- Work with multidisciplinary projects and operational staff to help implement, maintain, and improve the front office process.
- Assist with application upgrades and new functions through testing & training.
- Develop front office training materials and coordinates training activities.
- Participate as a member of various project workgroups, attends meetings as required and develops constructive work relationships with other team members.
- Assist with business site meetings when needed.
- Assist and work Fresh Desk tickets for duplicate accounts, adding/updating referring providers, applications issues and creating/updating resource and provider schedules.
- Maintain user roles/security/access and their assignment to the users across the platform.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
