Position Summary
Step into a high-impact sales role placing top healthcare professionals in critical contract positions nationwide. As a Healthcare Staffing Recruiter, you’ll drive results through outbound calls, persuasive communication, and fast-paced deal execution. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiation and closing, while navigating client needs and delivering measurable results.

Essential Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and submit candidates to client facilities for contract opportunities.
- Negotiate pay packages, schedules, and contracts with healthcare professionals.
- Partner with Client Services to ensure smooth placement and resolve issues quickly.
- Manage the full recruitment sales cycle with urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Address and resolve professional concerns, grievances, or conflicts during assignments.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred (healthcare or staffing a plus).
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, driven, and hungry to succeed.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000
- First-Year OTE: $70,000+ (uncapped commission structure)

- Stable, nonpublic internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in video meetings and other regular activities, with an alternative location considered as a backup.
- Working environment conducive to conducting business without distraction or interference
- Noise level in the work environment that is quiet to moderate
- A designated workspace which allows the Team Member to focus, preferably with a desk or worktable, comfortable chair, and good lighting.
Corporate Events and Onsite Training
TRS Healthcare hosts a minimum of one corporate meeting each year and a recruiter cohort onsite training. Team Member’s participation is required for these meetings. Travel will be booked and arranged through TRS' authorized travel platform and events coordinators. Team Members who resign or cancel their booked trip are subject to the TRS Travel Policy and may be subject to reimbursing TRS Healthcare for the cost of travel and other related expenses.
