As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing the organization’s HR Information System (HRIS) while supporting core HR functions such as administration, compliance, and employee records. In this role, you’ll apply your deep experience in Excel and strong functional knowledge of HRIS platforms to maintain accurate reporting, perform routine audits, and support system users across the organization. Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration & Data Analytics (~80%)
- Serve as an administrator of the HRIS, including system configuration, workflows, and user access.
- Build, maintain, and automate complex reports and dashboards in the HRIS and Excel, using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
- Perform routine audits to ensure HR data accuracy and integrity across all modules.
- Facilitate and support enhancements, integrations, and rollouts of new system features.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and coordinate with IT or vendors for system enhancements or resolutions.
- Collaborate with HRIS support and internal stakeholders to streamline functionality.
- Develop training materials and SOPs for HRIS users; provide training and ongoing support as needed.
- Maintain HR Information System compliance with data security and privacy policies
General HR Support (20%)
- Assist with onboarding processes, including system setup, document collection, and compliance tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for benefits administration, employee communications, and data entry.
- Assist with compliance reporting (e.g., EEO, ACA, internal audits, ad-hoc requests).
- Respond to internal inquiries related to HRIS and general HR processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS in a system administration role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- This is a hybrid position (3 days per week on-site) based from our McKinney, TX office.
