Stagecoach East Cambridge depot is looking for 2 enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis.

What we’re looking for... First and foremost, we’re looking for someone reliable, organised, can prioritise tasks who’s got an eye for detail and takes pride in their work. You will have an administration background, and you’ll be confident collating spreadsheet data, reports and trackers and able to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.  You’ll need to be team player who can liaise across departments and who can also manage independently.

Duties and responsibilities:

• creating and producing planned vehicle services, together with maintaining historical maintenance data
• inputs into our engineering management system (EAMS)
• creating weekly and daily reports as required, as well as coding and inputting unplanned repairs, driver’s defects, breakdowns and changeovers in relation to our vehicle fleet
• recording information relating to the pay of engineering employees and completing records of miscellaneous mileage and fuel
• maintaining engineering employee records, holiday applications, accident reports and PPE records and ad-hoc administrative requests
• covering for our vehicle stores in the absence of the post-holder
• preparing and collating Health and Safety documentation.
