About the Role
We’re building out our Go-To-Market team, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in fueling PERSUIT’s growth. You’ll partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organization. This role will be based in our London office on a hybrid schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT
- Drive outbound contact to book meetings with target personas
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate and schedule meetings
- Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up in our CRM
Continuously learn about PERSUIT’s product, market trends, and customer needs to refine messaging
Requirements
Who You Are
You have…
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video, phone cadencing
- A background in legal or legal tech
- Prior experience selling into legal, procurement, or professional services teams
- A track record of exceeding targets in a previous role
