  • Standardize InfinityQS system setups across legacy sites to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Partner with IT and site teams to develop digital interfaces that integrate equipment data (e.g., checkweighers, ovens, moisture analyzers), enabling real-time SPC and process capability insights.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions through design and configuration improvements.
  • Provide enhancements and technical support for InfinityQS; develop supporting documentation such as One Point Lessons (OPLs) and training guides.
  • Deliver training to plant personnel (onsite and remotely), including foundational and advanced instruction for both users and superusers.
  • Guide plant teams in the correct application of statistical tools such as control charts, control limit determination, and reaction plan development.
  • Assist with process capability studies, with an initial emphasis on net weight analysis and improvement.
  • Administer and manage training programs in Cornerstone, including course creation, learning plans, and tracking/reporting training compliance.
  • Support compliance with the TreeHouse Management Operating System (TMOS) to promote food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on proper use of control charts, control limit determination, and reaction plan development.
