Are you passionate about building safer workplaces and developing skilled teams? We're seeking a Manager of Safety and Technical Training to design, implement, and oversee programs that ensure compliance, strengthen safety culture, and drive workforce development. This role is critical in shaping both the safety practices and technical capabilities of our teams.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement safety training programs to meet regulatory requirements and company goals.

  • Conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations-driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the delivery of engaging training programs, coaching leaders and employees at all levels.

  • Monitor, track, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes and compliance.

  • Identify workforce skill gaps and design training paths that support both safety compliance and career growth.

  • Stay current on OSHA, industry standards, and best practices to keep programs ahead of regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee training materials, LMS systems, and safety documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Training & Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5-7 years of experience in safety regulations, auditing, and training within manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role with proven ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring safety and on-the-job training in a multi-site environment.
  • Track record of implementing behavioral-based safety programs, managing LMS platforms, and delivering impactful training.

  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

  • OSHA 30, Certified Safety Professional, or Certified Training Professional credentials preferred.
