We are currently seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician to:

• Work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Complete make ready repairs in resident apartments and common areas to be first impression ready. This may include painting walls and/or trim, drywall replacement, and texturing
• Ensure appliances are operable and in good condition for the new resident
• Complete minor work orders throughout community as needed
