Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable on-call substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will provide instructional support and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers. This role requires a passion for Christian education, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular teacher.

Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.

Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and administration.

Follow school policies and uphold Legacy Christian Academy’s values and mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Teaching license (preferred but not required)
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Agreement with Legacy Christian Academy’s Statement of Faith.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule and Pay:

• On-call, as needed basis
• Hourly Rate: $19.50 per hour
• Not a benefit eligible job
