Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in San Francisco. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

- is graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above

- has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  

- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the economy and current financial market trends. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

Salary information

The base rate of pay offered for this role is $110,000
