Honor Foods, a leader in food redistribution, is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our Kissimmee warehouse. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, inspire teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff

• Oversee daily operations: order selection, loading, inventory, and replenishment

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards are met

• Partner with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams

• Foster a positive, motivated, and team-first culture

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• 5+ years of warehouse experience (2+ years in leadership)

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Experience with WMS and MS Office

• Knowledge of food distribution/safety a plus

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
