Hybrid Customer Service Specialist - Therapy presso McAlester Regional Health Center

Responsible for obtaining accurate data and insurance from patients admitted to MRHC for therapy services. Register patient’s data into computer system accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates with other departments throughout the hospital on any admitting issues. Verifies valid physician orders are received upon admission. Responsible for submitting and tracking prior authorizations required by insurance. Responsible for tracking current patient's prescription for therapy services dates to ensure valid dates. And other office duties as delegated.
