- Review and verify vehicle title documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and ship completed title packets to state agencies, dealerships, and business partners.
- Maintain and update records related to vehicle titles and assist with data entry.
- Help resolve title-related issues and discrepancies.
- Support the team with general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Manage the corporate mail log and ensure timely processing of incoming mail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and office software.
