Patient Registration Coordinator
Reports to: Practice Manager

We’re looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Patient Registration Coordinator to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a vital role in creating a warm and professional environment while ensuring accurate and efficient registration and scheduling.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude
Accurately collect and enter patient information into our system
Capable of placing outbound calls to schedule appointments
Verifying patient information and creating a warm, friendly environment
Ensuring patient checkouts and upcoming appointments are scheduled
Calling to confirm upcoming patient appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial policies
Schedule appointments and manage front office workflow
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth office operations
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office is preferred, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking in a busy environment
A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
