Position Overview:

The PurposeCare CCP Program Manager is a self-starter and highly detail-oriented. They will manage, train, direct, execute, and continuously improve the operations of the CCP Program. The Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the CCP Program to ensure it is operating proficiently. The Manager possesses an in-depth knowledge of the IL CCP Program policies, procedures, and regulations for local and state municipalities.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing the accuracy of personnel records.

· Enter mileage, show-up times, and trip fees.

· Manages the adding of caregivers into ClearCare (Wellsky)

· Manage the activity of caregivers (term in the system when needed)

· Maintains personnel compliance i.e. TB, CPR, license, and evaluation.

· Acts as general contact person for caregivers.

· Coordinates with other agency leaders when a waiver caregiver needs to work on the private pay side.

2. Verifies all SOC's are accurate:

· Physician information

· SSN and insurance information

· Documents are uploaded correctly to the chart.

· ADLs added timely

3. Reviews all supervisor visits.

4. Ensures satisfaction surveys are being done timely and uploaded to the chart.

5. Reviews all Schedules to ensure all information is accurate at the beginning of services.

6. Checks authorization utilization on the 1st and 15th day of each month.

· Verifies whether scheduled hours count against the authorizations.

7. Works with nurses to ensure respite cases have orders for scheduling to schedule in a timely manner.

8. Visit verifications:

· Verifies the number of closed visits matches what is verified in ClearCare

· Sends notices to caregivers for EVV non-compliance.

· Coordinates with Regional HR Manager as needed.

9. Train new Admin staff on the CCP Program expectations

10. Manages any client/caregiver concerns

11. Conducts weekly/monthly meetings as necessary.

12. Addresses billing issues as necessary.

13. Acts as a backup to Case manager, scheduler, or staffer

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

· Minimum of five (5) years experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business administration, preferably in health care, with a demonstrated understanding of the healthcare environment.

· Minimum of five (5) years experience managing and leading a team across multiple locations.

· Understanding of healthcare law and policies at the state, federal, and local levels for all locations that are within the scope of responsibility.

· Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations preferred.

· Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, empathy, and personal integrity.

· Intermediate to expert-level experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.

· Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals.

· Ability to work variable schedules and be on-call.
